We stand by the quality of our service and want to make sure that each and every client is fully satisfied with their CorpEx travel experience. Therefore, we will refund the full amount of the fare if:
  • If we are not at your pick up location by the scheduled pick up time.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of our chauffeur
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with the appearance of our vehicle or chauffeur
